Licensed and in good standingIndependently licensed clinicians. PSYPACT, which permits telehealth practice across participating states, is open to licensed psychologists, so psychologists who participate or are eligible fit this practice particularly well.
Evidence-based practiceComfort working from established approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), adapted to the person in front of you.
At ease with telehealthAll care here is virtual. That means a private, reliable setup and genuine skill at building rapport through a screen.
Culturally responsiveCare that takes identity, family and context seriously, rather than treating them as background detail.
Care over caseloadA pace that leaves room to think between sessions, so the therapeutic relationship comes before volume.
