Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to information collected through this website. It is separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs protected health information and the clinical record.
The short version
This website is a set of static pages. It has no contact form, no account system, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not ask you for personal information here, and we do not sell or share information about visitors.
What is collected
Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel, which records standard technical information for every request, including IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.
Fonts
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them, which discloses your IP address to Google. No cookies are set by this request.
Links you follow
Buttons such as Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation and Client Portal lead to SimplePractice, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy and its own terms. Anything you enter there is handled by SimplePractice under its agreements with the practice, not by this website.
Email you send us
If you email the practice, we receive your message, your email address and anything else you choose to include. Email is not a secure channel and is not monitored continuously. Please do not send detailed clinical information, and never use email for an emergency.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. The practice does provide clinical services to clients ages 12 and older, with the consent of a parent or guardian where required; that relationship is governed by the intake paperwork and the Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and information sent by ordinary email is not encrypted end to end.
Your choices
Because the site collects no personal information directly, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed the practice and want your message removed from our inbox, write to hello@heartspaceclinicalpsychology.com and we will do so, except where we are required to retain it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
