04 Meet Dr. Pancholi-Patel

Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Pancholi-Patel’s approach is empathic, nonjudgmental and highly individualized. She takes time to understand each client’s perspective before building an evidence-based plan that reflects their needs, values and goals.

She works with adolescents and adults ages 12 and older, couples and families, with particular expertise in eating disorders and body image, anxiety, depression, OCD and relationship concerns. Across every kind of work, her aim is an emotionally safe space where meaningful, lasting change is possible.

Dr. Pancholi-Patel also provides in-person clinical services through Mind Body Health in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
