Using this site does not create a treatment relationship
This website is for general information about Heart Space Clinical Psychology. Reading it, emailing the practice or requesting a consultation does not by itself create a psychologist and client relationship. That relationship begins only when Dr. Pancholi-Patel and you have agreed to work together and the intake and consent paperwork has been completed.
Not clinical advice
Nothing on this site is psychological, medical or legal advice, and nothing here should be used to diagnose or treat a condition. If you have a health concern, speak with a qualified professional about your own circumstances.
This site is not for emergencies
This website and the practice inbox are not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.
Where services are available
Dr. Pancholi-Patel is licensed in Virginia and provides telehealth to eligible clients located in participating PSYPACT jurisdictions, subject to the applicable authorization and practice requirements. Presenting this information on a public website is not an offer to provide services in a jurisdiction where the practice is not authorized to do so.
Availability and accuracy
We keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error or that the site will always be available. Fees, services and policies may change.
Links to other sites
The site links to services we use, such as SimplePractice, and to public resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The Heart Space name, logo, text, photographs and design on this site belong to Heart Space Clinical Psychology or are used under license. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. You may not copy or reuse the content commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart Space Clinical Psychology is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from professional services actually provided to a client.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
